O edital de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano \u2013 IPTU foi lan\u00e7ado na presen\u00e7a de servidores p\u00fablicos, lideran\u00e7as comunit\u00e1rias e representantes de \u00f3rg\u00e3os e institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras. O secret\u00e1rio municipal de Finan\u00e7as, Edmilson Santos, falou sobre a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o que o governo teve em estabelecer um calend\u00e1rio que pudesse dar op\u00e7\u00f5es para pagamento do imposto. \u201cTrabalhamos pensando no contribuinte que \u00e9 nosso p\u00fablico alvo. Quem morar na \u00e1rea urbana de Santar\u00e9m e optar por pagar em cota \u00fanica no dia 7 de mar\u00e7o, ter\u00e1 desconto de 30% sobre o valor do imposto. Na \u00e1rea rural, quem optar pela cota \u00fanica que vencer\u00e1 no dia 9 de mar\u00e7o, ter\u00e1 desconto de 20%. Oferecemos ainda a op\u00e7\u00e3o de parcelamento em at\u00e9 10 vezes. Os carn\u00eas j\u00e1 est\u00e3o sendo entregues pelos funcion\u00e1rios dos correios e se houver d\u00favida, o contribuinte pode nos procurar\u201d, enfatizou o secret\u00e1rio Edmilson Santos.
